At Boss Aluminium, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist with returns or refunds, provided that the following terms and conditions are met.
 
1. Returns

 

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and parts included.
  • Not a final sale or non-returnable item (e.g, gift cards, digital downloads, etc.).
  • Change of mind is excluded from this policy.
How to Return an Item:

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Carefully pack the item, including a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and ship it to the provided return address.

 

2. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
 
Restocking Fee:
Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply to all refunded items. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If you used a promotional code or discount on your original order, your refund will reflect the discounted amount.
 
3. Exchanges

 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will guide you through the exchange process, and you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
 
4. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and any necessary return shipping will be at no cost to you. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.
