Terms and conditions:
- Validity Period
Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. After the expiry date, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.
- Redemption
Gift cards can be redeemed for purchases of Boss Aluminium Products only. They cannot be used for any other purposes, such as for cash withdrawals, or redeemed at third-party locations.
- Non-Refundable
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Keep your gift card safe and treat it like cash.
- Partial Use
If the value of your purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card, you must pay the remaining balance using another form of payment (credit card, debit card, cash, etc.).
- No Expiry or Maintenance Fees
Boss Aluminium does not charge any maintenance or inactivity fees for gift cards, and they will not expire under normal conditions except after the 36 month validity period.
- Lost or Stolen Cards
Boss Aluminium is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If your card is lost or stolen, you may report it immediately to [email protected] but no replacement will be provided unless the card was registered, or specific terms are applicable.
- Fraud Prevention
Boss Aluminium reserves the right to cancel or suspend the use of a gift card if we suspect fraud or any unauthorized use. We may request proof of purchase or other documentation to verify the legitimacy of the card.
- Changes to Terms
Boss Aluminium reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, at its discretion. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the store’s website or at the point of sale.
- General
These terms and conditions are governed by the Australian Consumer Law, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws.
