By accepting and financially committing to a Boss Aluminium order, the consumer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Boss Aluminium is dedicated to providing quality products and services to its valued consumers. These Terms and Conditions establish clear guidelines for the use of Boss Aluminium’s products and services, outlining the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties. This ensures a fair and transparent relationship fostering mutual understanding and trust.
2.1. "Consumer" refers to any person, business, or other entity that places an order with Boss Aluminium.
2.2. "Deposit" refers to any upfront payment required to commence work, typically outlined in the deposit schedule.
2.3. "JMACX" refers to JMACX components supplied and integrated into vehicle builds by Boss Aluminium.
2.4. "Lead time" refers to the estimated time frame for completing an order, subject to potential changes.
2.5. "Order" refers to the acceptance of the products and services provided to the consumer by Boss Aluminium. Orders cannot be created until the consumer signs off on the order and places a deposit, specified in the order.
2.6. "Products" and "Services" refer to the items that Boss Aluminium manufactures, procures, and/or provides to the consumer based on an approved order.
By browsing our website or placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms. Acceptance is also confirmed when clicking "Accept" or "Agree" where the option is made available on a quotation. By doing so, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quotation and the applicable deposit. No work will commence until both the signed quotation and deposit are received.
4.3. Accuracy of Information:
By paying the deposit, you confirm that all items, descriptions, and specifications outlined in the quote are correct. Boss Aluminium will only supply and fit the items outlined in the confirmed quotation.
4.4. Lead Times:
Lead times provided are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Boss Aluminium will inform you of significant delays. Additions made at any time throughout the duration of your order may incur an extension of your lead time.
4.5. Vehicle Modifications:
Quotes are based on fitting products to a standard vehicle. If your vehicle arrives with accessories or modifications affecting installation time, Boss Aluminium reserves the right to charge for additional labour.
4.6. Collection of Original Parts:
Any original parts removed from your vehicle during installation must be collected by the customer unless otherwise instructed in writing. Retained parts must be collected upon job completion. Customers completing any JMACX upgrades MUST retain all removed parts, see section 6, for further information on warranty.
4.7. Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your order at any point, your deposit will be forfeited.

All credit card payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge if the payment exceeds $1000.00.
5.4. Additional Charges for Changes:
Changes made after the deposit and signed quotation must be requested in writing. Boss Aluminium reserves the right to accept or decline changes, and they will not be confirmed without written approval. Any changes may result in additional charges and extended lead times.
5.5. Third-Party Product Price Adjustments:
Prices for third-party products may change during the lead time due to supplier price adjustments. Boss Aluminium reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.
6.1. Product Warranty:
Boss Aluminium offers a limited warranty on all products for manufacturing defects, subject to exclusions such as standard wear and tear.
6.2. Workmanship Warranty:
Boss Aluminium provides a lifetime warranty on the workmanship of all Boss Aluminium products installed or modified by our team, ensuring the quality and durability of our services. This warranty is only valid to the original owner.
6.3. Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, installation by third parties, neglect, accidents, or any modifications to the product after delivery. Additionally, the warranty will be void if Boss Aluminium mudflaps are removed without written acceptance from Boss Aluminium.
6.4. Liability Limitation:
Boss Aluminium will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
6.5 JMACX Warranty Requirements:
JMACX require all OEM parts that have been removed from the consumers vehicle to be retained, to warrant any of the products and services. It is the responsibility of the consumer to collect and store these parts from Boss Aluminium.
7.1. Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to factors beyond Boss Aluminium’s control.
7.2. The risk of goods passes to the consumer upon delivery, even if full payment has not yet been made.
7.3. The consumer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and notifying Boss Aluminium of any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours.
All intellectual property related to Boss Aluminium’s products and services, including designs, specifications, and proprietary information, remains the exclusive property of Boss Aluminium. Consumers are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using this intellectual property without express written consent.
